Percy Thomas served as architectural and lead consultants for this Housing Authority Home Ownership Scheme development providing a Master Layout Plan integrating the whole development with the shopping retail centre and bus terminus. Formation of the 12,000 square metre site took place on slopes overlooking the eastern approaches to Victoria Harbour.
